Time to re-evaluate your fitness goals with a new phenomenon

Published on: October 21, 2016 1:08 AM

While researching fitness trends, we came across the latest craze in Lahore – the 40 Day Boot Camp initiated by 180 Degrees fitness society.

The philosophy behind this venture is to build healthier and happier lives. Team 180 consists of two partners who are pursuing their passion for fitness.

“We aim to transform lives and make a positive & lasting change,” says 180 Degrees CEO Umar Jahanzaeb. “Our meal plans are tailored to target fat loss and optimise fitness according to your specific body type,” added their director operations Zainab Alam.

180 Degrees has a vision and is committed to building this into a complete and efficient health and fitness platform. The next 40 Day Boot Camp begins on the 24th of October at the City school sports complex. Leading the pack will be Anis Muhammad, a highly qualified licensed trainer who leads a dynamic workout. He is certified from the International Sports Science Association. The workouts include High Intensity Interval Training, weights and cardio. During this session, a lucky winner will win a round trip ticket to Thailand for the best transformation!

It has a very inclusive environment with people from all walks of life bringing different things to the table and a sense of camaraderie is eminent in the atmosphere. Team 180 is very supportive, actively involved with each program and engages with members personally. People of all fitness levels go to this camp, training under the watchful eye of a team of experienced trainers.

This programme strings together circuits of intense exercises. The idea is to build strength and endurance. The boot camp is a great way to quick start weight loss and fitness. The camp programs have also become popular because they work every muscle group, you can do them anywhere, and they don’t require any equipment.

People come to get in better shape, to get a kick start towards a weight loss goal, and gather with family and friends. Fitness boot camps are a great way to renew yourself – especially when the wedding season is upon us. They will have you feeling great when you wear your dream dress on your big day! And if you’re not a bride but want to tone up, they’re a great way for getting in shape and feeling your best, in general.

When it comes to fitness, most people are looking for quick results and fitness boot camps promise to give them just that. What’s the appeal of a boot camp workout? Building strength, endurance and agility to conquer your daily routine. But are you up to the challenge? If you’re looking for a great work out, this is the place to be. But be warned – you will sweat.
