ISLAMABAD: Jamat-e-Islami Amir Siraj ul Haq said that there have been contradictions in the statements of rulers on the matter of Panama leaks. “Rulers statements on the Panama leaks matter are contradictory. The present assets of the rulers differ from those in 2013,” he said while talking to media here on Friday. He said that the statement did not mention the source of income for purchasing London flat. It was also not informed where this amount was transferred from. He also said that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) was confused on Panama leaks issue. “We are showing PPP the way to SC for their stance to be recorded. Some people are worried that opposition people will also come under panama leaks case. This should not be done. If accountability process is held then all should be held accountable,” he stressed. “Now the time has come for crimes and politics be separated,” he remarked. If someone faces allegations then his respective party should not keep him in the party unless he comes clear, he added.
