In the recent past, more than a hundred media employees were fired by a major private channel for no apparent reason. It was heartbreaking to hear that the great and holy profession of journalism, which is considered to be the main pillar of the state, has fallen. In the era that the media is going through, the newcomers to the place where the existing people are working, have to pay for their jobs, the media employees are unemployed, they are not paid for months and are being financially exploited. Who is responsible for this economic crisis on the media? Is it the government that is decreasing the number of ads? And if the salary is raised after several months, then it is either half or you are paying the wages of the work, like charity. And even if employees leave one channel and move to the other, there is no use because all the crowds are trickling in to see each other exploiting employees. And most sadly, this news is not played on the media. Every night there is a Sunday market of talk shows on every channel, from government performance to economic policies, from religion to advocacy and from business to international relations every issue is discussed but the selfishness of the media owners and the injustice done to the media employees is not brought to an end and how do you end up wearing a shirt? There is no rain or thunderstorms, swollen or dark at night for the journalists who inform the world. With sacrificing their family and comforts, journalists are doing their duty, but in return are hungry, unemployed and mentally tortured. Journalists whose families complain that they do not give their time to home and children and all the time give it to the office, but sadly it is time to regret with their own hands that it is time to turn in your service into dishonor. The news is that you are the news today, but there is no one to give the news. In the past one year, it has become the norm for media owners to pay salaries with deductions and give salaries after 3 or 4 months but now hundreds of employees are being unemployed for no reason at all, and there are now hundreds more media reports. The workers are ready to be unemployed, but remember that they are not hundreds of employees but hundreds of families. In our society, army, police, doctors and other departments who work on holidays are greatly appreciated and should be appreciated, but we do not know why the media workers are often forgotten while the media workers are there all day without interruption. Note: This column does not apply to so-called anchors and analysts who receive millions of salaries, but lock in their tongues when speaking of media employees.
