The film is directed by Umair Fazli and produced by Jehan Films and AR Productions. It is written by Tauseef Razaque and Inam Qadri. The cast includes Javed Sheikh, Firdous Jamal, Moammar Rana, Sohail Sameer, Arbaaz Khan, Kamran Mujahid, Asad Malik, Afzal Khan, Nayyar Ejaz, Shafqat Cheema, Noor Bukhari, Umar Cheema and Nimra Khan in lead roles. An earlier working title for the film was ‘Mission Allah-u-Akbar’. The film has been supported by the Inter-Services Public Relations and Pakistan Air Force. As a debutant, the director Umair Fazli has done a great job. The film centres around the Independence of Pakistan, the wars and our beloved Shaheeds. The storyline is the most breath-taking part of the movie with some great visual effects as well, moving the audience to the extent that I personally witnessed people sobbing in the theatre. The rest of the movie is strong in terms of the story and the acting which captivated the audience. Rachel Gill stood out from the cast with her strong acting skills and her getup. It is great to see new people coming forward and making films. Umair Fazli comes out strong as a director putting in a great effort with ‘Saya-e-Khuda-e-Zuljalal’ with his remarkable team.
