I drink a lot of water. In between iftari and sehri time, I try to eat less and have more water. I am very fond of tukh malanga (chia seeds), so I have those as well. No fizzy drinks as flavoured liquids can make you feel thirstier. If I’m feeling a little unwell in the evening, I take ORS too. What is the one food item that remains the staple in your home in Ramazan? Which is one you avoid? Fruit chaat is the staple for me at iftari. I love it. However, I also make sure that there’s nothing artificial in it, not even sugar. It also has to be fresh and I also put almonds in it. What is your gym routine like throughout the month? I try my best to work out four times a week and try to do more cardio than weight lifting. How is a typical Eidul Fitr day like for you every year? Will this year be any different? What are you wearing this year? I spend Eids in Lahore with family and friends. This Eid, I will be wearing clothes given by a designer friend to me and my whole family.
