Forget love and fall in love with chocolates as small amount of good stuff can give wonderful flavors in result. It provides an exercise in mind fullness without those downsides and dark chocolate brings additional benefits as well.

Nevertheless, food is the remedy for everything too but you know what is even more amusing? Making own food. Oh the sweet smell of ‘mac and cheese’ in the kitchen. Stop salivating. Little origination doesn’t hurt anyone so get into your most comfy PJ’s make up a messy bun on head and put on an apron because you’ve got some cooking to do.

Enjoy your ingenuity too as this can be a wonderful way of relievingstrains as well. And it’s not just an activity for an artist.
