PESHAWAR: The design of the Rs 41 billion Peshawar Metro Bus Project has been finalized, Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) said on Wednesday at Peshawar.
The Peshawar Development Authority Director General Manzoor Wattoo said in a press conference that the track of the Metro Bus will be completed within 10 months.
He said Chamkani-Balahisar track will be completed in the first phase, Cantt-Aman Chowk track will be completed in the second phase and track leading to Phase-III in Hayatabad will be completed in the third phase.
Manzoor Wattoo further said an international standard park will also be established in Hayatabad along with the Metro Bus track.
He said property dealers, not the local people, are protesting against the
project.
