SHIKARPUR, February, 02: Sindh Boys Scouts Association, Divisional Scouts Organizer, Haji Shoukat Ali Baloch, strongly condemned the drain out of sewerage water of Arain Colony towards Divisional Scouts Headquarters Shikarpur, which hampering, the construction and renovation work at divisional scouts headquarters is causing interruptions in the work while the drainage water deliberately is now stored in front of divisional headquarter, he alleged. In addition, he termed it harmful for the compound of the divisional headquarters. However, he demanded the higher authorities to take notice of the issue and divert the drainage line in the larger interests of the scouts.
