It was a disappointing start for team Argentina in FIFA World Cup 2018 as they drew against the minnows Iceland in their opening group match and lost 3-0 to Croatia which left the two-time world cup winners devastated in the early group stages.
However, there is possibility they will be heading home if Messi and his team do not win the last match against Nigeria, which willtake place on June 26.
Argentina fans and Messi fans across the globe thanked Ahmed Musa for his fantastic performance against Iceland which created some hope for the 2014 finalists. Messi’s team has a chance to qualify for the knock-outs if they beat Nigeria on the day.
It won’t, however, be easy because Nigeria will be full of confidence after their recent win and more so, Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa, will come all guns blazing.
