KASUR: Police on Wednesday arrested two local Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders for ‘inciting hatred’ against the judiciary via ‘indecent’ speeches. According to sources, the PML-N local leaders initiated anti-judiciary protests in Kasur, while also uttered derogatory remarks against the judges to ‘incite hatred’. Moreover, ‘indecent’ slogans were also chanted against the judiciary. Police conducted raids and arrested the the two leaders – District Vice President Jameel Ahmed Khan and Chairman Bait-ul-Maal Nasir Khan. The rally was also attended by MNA Waseem Akhtar Sheikh and MPA Naeem Safdar Ansari among other leaders, who according to the police, have gone underground and that search operations are underway to locate them.
