The Bajirao Mastani duo, which has always shared their affection for one another but never openly publicized their relationship status, will allegedly get married later this year.
As stated by some online reports, Deepika and Ranveer’s parents met for the first time to talk about the marriage. This get-together between the parents also involved exchanging of gifts and jewellery for the couple, which included a Sabyasachi sari for the soon-to-be bride.
The families have supposedly picked out four favorable dates between September and December for the wedding ceremony. The Bhavnanis and Padukones will explore for the perfect location in India and abroad. The wedding is going to be a private event with just close friends and family.
Earlier this year, Ranveer, Deepika and their families spent New Years in the Maldives, where they gained the blessings of their parents. Reports had affirmed that Deepika has already begun shopping for her bridal dress and jewellery with her sister and mother.
Deepika and Ranveer are reported to have cleared their timetable for the year-end.
