Avengers team up to fulfil a dying child’s wish

Published on: March 27, 2018 7:00 PM

Renowned actors, Chris Evans and Ryan Reynolds, who are best known as Captain America and Deadpool in the Marvels superhero ‘Avengers Universe’, met with a dying child, Emilio, on a plea that came through Twitter. Ryan and Chris proved that they are not just heroes on the big screen; they are also trying to save lives in the real world too.

This all began when Shannon Bream, Fox News reporter, tweeted, “Need your help Twitterverse – trying to help a young boy who is dying. He probably has just days and all he want is a greeting from one of the Avengers. If you have a celeb connection, please let me know. Otherwise, could you help out with a RT? Thank you in advance!”

Her tweet received a massive response and after only a few hours, Ryan, Chris and other actors had reached out to Bream offering help for the child.

I’m more of a “Reserve Avenger”. But happy to help. DM me.

Happy to! DM me

— Chris Evans (@ChrisEvans) March 26, 2018

I’m the purple one. DM me.

This is the kind of thing that restores faith in humanity – three Avengers’ messages have made it to Emilio, two more are on the way. Again – huge thank you to @jaketapper for helping to get this thing off the ground – and to everyone who RT’d and shared contacts. God bless! https://t.co/lEM94eyEWE

As of now we do not know the exact details about how everything will take place, but we are sure that something amazing will come out of this.
