Fish Pie Ingredients — half a pound of pumpkin Half a pound of boiled fish Two eggs Half a pint of milk 11/2 ounces of cheese Two ounces of bread crumbs 11/2 ounces of butter Salt, pepper and mustard to taste Method — boil the fish in water with a teaspoon of salt in it. After it is ready, remove the skin and thorns from it with knife and fork. Beat the eggs. Add into them a quarter of teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of mustard and half a teaspoon of salt. Beat. Pour the milk and keep beating. Grease the pie dish with butter. Put a layer of fish, then a layer of grated cheese, then a layer of pumpkin. Repeat. Then cover everything with bread crumbs. Put above three lumps of butter. See that the dish is clean on the sides. Push in an oven to bake for half an hour. Greens Salad Ingredients — two eggs Two tomatoes Four stalks of broccoli Three cabbage leaves Three stalks of French beans Two tablespoons of Virgin oil Salt and pepper and lemon juice and sugar to taste Method — cube or dice the eggs and tomatoes. Pluck broccoli flowers from stalks. Use the stalks also. Cut cabbage leaves into two. Slice French beans and cut them into two. Toss all the vegetables in virgin oil and salt, pepper, lemon juice and a sugar mixture. Mix Fruit Salad Ingredient — a tangerine A yellow capsicum Two olives Two cabbage leaves A tomato Salt, pepper, red chilli powder and vinegar to taste Method — cut the tomato and yellow capsicum into thin strips. Cut cabbage leaves into three or four pieces. Peel the tangerine, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Mix vinegar, sugar salt and red chilli powder to the above ingredients and mix well. Decorate with olives.
