Three-day international plastic, printing and packaging expo concludes

LAHORE: Displaying the most modern machinery, synthetic products and latest technologies, the 3P+FT Pakistan 2017- the 13th International Plastic, Printing and Packaging and FT Food and Technology (3P +FT) Pakistan Exhibition concluded at the Expo Centre on Sunday.

More than two dozens of deals were matured with many more in process, said a spokesman for the expo.

Visitors, including local and international, thronged the expo and showed their great interest. Exhibitors from more than 25 countries and 250 companies had displayed their products on the occasion. The expo fascinated local investors in the event organised by FAKT Exhibitions Pvt Ltd.

Talking to media persons at the concluding ceremony, FAKT Exhibitions chief executive officer M Saleem Khan Tanoli said, “We have been organising the event for the last 13 years on a regular basis to keep local sector abreast of latest development in technology and best practices applied by world famous groups and companies in the sectors of plastic, printing and packaging.”

Starlinger, an Austria-based company, displayed the circular waving machinery that prepare products related to plastic and
packaging.

Jilani Groups of companies displayed their polythene bags. The exhibitors showed complete satisfaction over the environment provide by the FAKT Exhibitions Pvt Ltd under one roof.

Tanooli said that the FAKT Exhibitions would provide such kind of opportunities in near future too. He said that such exhibitions would open new horizons for investors and also provide employment opportunities for youth.

According to him, 3P +FT Pakistan 2017 are recognised for creating business opportunities and networking for manufacturing sector. “It serves as a premium platform for contacts with international and local companies related to plastic, printing and packaging industry,” he said, adding that the FAKT Exhibitions was working for promotion of industries and introducing the world’s latest technology in the sector of plastic, printing, packaging and food and technology.

He said that the exhibition hosted more than 250 companies from around 25 countries, including Austria, China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, The Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, etc. “It was not less than a challenge,” he said and added that the company would bring more investors and companies to do business in Pakistan.

“The exhibition is committed to building new as well as strengthening existing business relations between Pakistani companies and the rest of the world. The event is expected to provide unlimited opportunities to develop new businesses, and utilise best practices that are applied worldwide to develop local industries. Exhibitions like 3P+FT Pakistan 2017 help countries to experience economic development, joint venture and foreign direct investment,” he maintained.

The exhibition was aimed at facilitating exchange of technologies between Pakistan and the rest of the world to help the emerging sectors reach new heights. The event showcased cutting edge technologies and latest equipment. “The exhibition is qualified to set benchmarks in the plastic, printing and packaging business,” he concluded.At the end shields were also given to the exhibitors.
