The MoU was signed between Suzhou Vocational University and the Education Department of Gilgit-Baltistan. “The Cultural Communication Centre has been jointly established by the Suzhou Vocational University, St Xianglin Management and Consulting Company and Gilgit-Baltistan Education Department in Suzhou, China. This is the first communication platform in the field of education and culture between both countries,” stated Echo Lee, CEO of St Xianglin Management and Consulting Company, while talking to Daily Times.
