LAHORE: British Backpacker Society has ranked Pakistan the world’s top travel destination for 2018. The society described Pakistan as “one of the friendliest countries on earth, with mountain scenery that is beyond anyone’s wildest imagination”. British Backpacker Society’s top 20 adventure travel destinations for 2018 also include Russia, India, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and China. The backpackers, who have traveled to over 101 countries, encouraged the travelers to visit Pakistan saying: “Pakistan is the clear winner of the British Backpacker Society’s top 20 adventure travel destinations 2018 and we encourage keen travelers to book a trip now” Hon Pass, Hunza Vally ‘one of the friendliest countries on earth’ Samuel Joynson, 26, and Adam Sloper, 25, of British Backpacker Society, who visited Pakistan in 2016, admired the amazing hospitality and the natural beauty of Pakistan and described it as “one of the friendliest countries on earth”. Samuel and Sloper with locals ‘The most beautiful natural sight’ While sharing his experience regarding his visit to northern areas of Pakistan, Samuel said: “Head north to the astonishing peaks of the Karakoram along the unforgettable Karakoram Highway.
