Published on: December 27, 2017 12:01 AM

KARACHI: Renowned designers Huma and Amir Adnan hosted an intimate soiree at their residence to celebrate their reign in fashion.

Twenty-seven years of hard work and trend setting came full circle as the brand’s earliest clients; celebrities and supporters came together for an evening of fabulous revelry..

The evening took place outside in the garden area of Amir Adnan’s residence, taking advantage of the ideal Karachi winter weather. Frieha Altaf and her team Catwalk Event Management & Productions converted the entire garden and poolside into a catwalk through the ages. Live installations were scattered in the garden area showcasing Amir’s most recent winter collections, namely – After Hours, Zeev and Dusk.

Celebrity models who have worked with the fashion house in their most iconic shoots made a reappearance to walk the runway once again for the pioneering menswear brand. Alongside Amir’s collection, Huma Adnan’s signature collection was also showcased for fashion onlookers, highlighting the trends for the upcoming season. Guest speakers took us down memory lane with early anecdotes and stories about milestones achieved together over the last three decades.

The makeup and styling of the models was done by the team of NGents and NPro. Leading celebrity stylist and entrepreneur Nabila and Amir have worked together for the last two decades to create sleek and elegant creations of timeless style.

Amir is the largest enterprise of designer menswear clothing in Pakistan, creating a retail and manufacturing structure that can rival an international competitor. His line of ready to wear and couture is available in Pakistan and online worldwide.

The show was opened by Nausheen Shah and Zahid Ahmed. There were a number of models including Shahdab, Zoya, Iqra, Ahsan Saddiya, Furqan etc. The show was closed by veteran actors Meera Ji and Ahsan Khan. Prominent members of the media were present at the event including journalist, reporters and bloggers.

The evening concluded with mocktails and snacks.
