Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman has said that the memorandum of understanding signed between parties has created a clear path toward ending the war. Speaking to Arab media, he said the initial agreement reflects strong diplomatic efforts by Pakistan and its partners. He added that coordinated international engagement helped create a conducive environment for negotiations. His remarks highlight Qatar’s central mediating role in ongoing discussions.
The Qatari premier said the main objective of the memorandum is to pave the way for ending hostilities and establishing a framework for future dialogue.
