Victoria Beckham couldn’t be prouder of her husband Sir David Beckham as he marked a new milestone.
On Friday, June 12, the Spice Girls alum penned a touching tribute for the former Manchester United star, celebrating his Walk of Fame honour.
“When David first came to America, he had a dream,” the doting wife recalled. “To share his passion for football and make it one of the USA’s great sports.”
“Today, his name joins the Hollywood Walk of Fame,” the renowned fashion designer added. “A testament not only to what he has achieved, but to the person he is.”
Victoria, who have been married to David for nearly 27 years, wrote, “Congratulations @davidbeckham, I couldn’t be prouder of you. We all love you very much!! [red heart emoji].”
The retired footballer chimed in the comments section, commenting, “Love you @victoriabeckham.”
For the unversed, David received the 2,849th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday, June 12.
He was honoured in the newly prominent category of Sports Entertainment, acknowledging his career as a legendary footballer and his massive crossover impact on global entertainment, fashion, and pop culture. The ceremony took place at 6819 Hollywood Boulevard, strategically timed alongside the launch festivities of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America.
