
Madonna surprised hundreds of fans with an unannounced concert in New York’s Times Square on Thursday night. The pop-up performance promoted her upcoming album Confessions II and marked the start of Pride Month celebrations. Fans gathered at short notice to witness the rare live appearance by the music icon.
The 67-year-old singer performed a 15-minute set from a stage built inside one of Times Square’s giant LED displays. Wearing a pink corset, blue bra, thigh-high boots, and blue sunglasses, Madonna delivered several of her biggest hits. The event was sponsored by Grindr and was also streamed live for online audiences.

During the show, Madonna performed classics from her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor, including “Hung Up,” “Get Together,” and “I Love New York.” She also introduced new songs from her forthcoming album, including “I Feel So Free,” “Bring Your Love,” and “Love Sensation.” Her 15th studio album is scheduled for release on July 3.
The surprise concert generated excitement among fans who received only brief notice before the performance. Crowds quickly gathered in the iconic Manhattan location, turning the event into one of the city’s most talked-about entertainment moments.
