Punjab CBD announces multi-billion rupee development opportunities

Published on: May 10, 2026 2:18 AM

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has announced a series of high-value investment opportunities aimed at accelerating modern urban development and attracting local as well as international investors to Lahore.

As part of its expanding portfolio of transformative projects, CBD Punjab has invited expressions of interest and sealed bids for landmark developments in luxury residences, hospitality, and commercial infrastructure.

Among the flagship initiatives is The Regalia, a premium branded residential development planned in the CBD Quaid District, Lahore. The project comprises three premium plots, each measuring 7.11 kanals. Envisioned as a modern luxury residential destination, the project will be developed under the DBFOOM model – Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate and Maintain – offering investors an opportunity to participate in one of Lahore’s most strategically located developments.

CBD Punjab has also invited bids for Lahore’s first International Brand Five-Star Plus Hotel and Integrated Mixed-Use Complex in the Quaid District. Spread across 41 kanals of prime real estate, the project is expected to strengthen Punjab’s hospitality, tourism, and business landscape by attracting globally recognized hotel brands and international investment.

Further expanding commercial opportunities, CBD Punjab has announced the auction of two premium petrol station sites at CBD NSIT City near DHA Phases 6 and 7 through sealed bids. The strategically located sites are being offered on a 10-year lease model, presenting a high-potential investment opportunity for petroleum companies, commercial operators, and investors.

The auction includes a 6.77 kanal site with a reserve price of PKR 30 million per annum and a 5.38 kanal site with a reserve price of Rs 25 million per annum. The proposed development model also allows the integration of international food chain outlets and convenience retail facilities, creating a modern fuel and lifestyle destination aligned with international urban standards.

CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, stated, “CBD Punjab is committed to creating a world-class business and urban environment in Punjab. These investment opportunities reflect our vision of developing modern, sustainable, and economically vibrant destinations that attract both national and international investors while contributing to the growth of Punjab’s economy.”

These landmark projects reaffirm CBD Punjab’s commitment to creating a sustainable, investment-friendly, and globally competitive urban ecosystem. Through strategic partnerships and world-class developments, CBD Punjab continues to position Punjab as a premier destination for investment, innovation, and modern urban growth.
