
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Singapore’s Foreign Minister Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, focusing on bilateral relations, regional stability, and maritime issues. The discussion highlighted ongoing diplomatic engagement between the two countries. It comes amid Pakistan’s broader efforts to strengthen international partnerships.
According to the Foreign Office, both sides exchanged views on promoting peace and stability in the region. The Singaporean foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s role in regional diplomacy, including efforts to facilitate dialogue between the United States and Iran. He acknowledged Pakistan’s contribution to reducing regional tensions.
