In the recently concluded Umrah season, Mizab Group ranked first across Pakistan by providing services to 152,000 Umrah pilgrims. For the new Umrah season, agreements have been signed with 16 Umrah companies. Mizab Group has also acquired 2 Umrah companies and 2 transport companies.
According to the schedule, the first chartered flight will depart from Islamabad to Jeddah on June 8, followed by Lahore on June 9, and Sialkot on June 10. Mizab Group has secured 6,000 rooms and 27,000 beds for the upcoming season. The annual programme was addressed by Mizab Group Directors Shahid Mahmood Anwar and Imtiaz-ur-Rehman Chaudhry, Allama Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, the Palestine representative, Secretary General Alkhidmat Foundation Syed Waqas Anjum Jafri, former President Abdul Shakoor, Mushtaq Mangat, along with representatives of airlines and banks.
On behalf of airlines and banks, Umrah packages were announced for participants, along with gifts of 7 cars and 25 motorcycles for business partners nationwide. Director Shahid Mahmood Anwar said that 29 chartered flights will operate in June. The minimum Umrah package from Lahore will be PKR 234,500, while from Karachi it will be PKR 189,500.
