
Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said Pakistan’s global standing has improved under the current leadership. He said the country’s flag is being raised internationally due to strong political and military direction. He made the remarks while addressing a ceremony in Narowal.
He criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, saying it portrayed Pakistan as collapsing and in decline. He added that such narratives damaged national confidence and international perception. He contrasted those claims with what he described as Pakistan’s current progress.

Ahsan Iqbal said Pakistan achieved success during what he called the “Battle of Truth.” He claimed the country responded strongly to external challenges and defended its position. He said this reflects improved coordination between institutions and leadership.
He praised Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir for strengthening Pakistan’s global image. He said their leadership has helped restore international confidence in the country. He also highlighted Pakistan’s strategic and diplomatic visibility.

He further recalled Pakistan’s nuclear tests, saying they made national defense strong and independent. He credited former leadership decisions for establishing deterrence capability. He said Pakistan’s security position remains resilient despite regional challenges.
