According to official details, as the prime minister’s aircraft entered Qatari airspace, fighter jets of the Qatar Emiri Air Force escorted the plane in a ceremonial security formation. The escort continued until the aircraft safely reached the airport, marking a rare and symbolic gesture of respect and friendship.

Upon landing, the prime minister was warmly received by senior Qatari officials, with full protocol arrangements in place. The elaborate reception highlighted the importance Qatar places on its bilateral relationship with Pakistan and the significance of the visit.

Shehbaz Sharif expressed gratitude to the Qatari leadership and the pilots involved in the aerial escort, appreciating the hospitality and special arrangements made for his arrival. He noted that such gestures reflect the deep-rooted brotherly ties between the two nations.
