Propaganda Axis!Pakistan’s Diplomacy vs Indo-Israel’s Anxiety Why Israel is so engulfed in Pakistan’s Internal Legal Affairs?

Published on: April 18, 2026 11:10 AM

The world is currently witnessing Pakistan’s rise as a pivotal global peacemaker. As the primary mediator in the high-stakes negotiations between the United States and Iran, Pakistan has successfully brokered a fragile ceasefire and hosted the first rounds of Islamabad Talks. Global powers have recognized Islamabad’s unique ability to navigate the complex corridors of Middle Eastern geopolitics.

However, as Pakistan’s international stature climbs, a curious and familiar pattern of distraction has emerged from the Middle East’s most controversial and notorious actor.

On April 16, 2026, The Jerusalem Post, a notorious mouthpiece of the Israeli establishment, published an opinion piece by Michael Jankelowitz titled “What happened to Imran Khan?” The article attempts to cast a shadow over Pakistan’s mediation efforts, suggesting a paradox between Pakistan’s role as a regional peacemaker and the imprisonment of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. This commentary is not just a critique; it is a calculated attempt to undermine Pakistan’s global credibility at a moment of immense diplomatic success.

Reality vs Rhetoric

The article frames Khan’s detention as political retribution, yet it conveniently ignores the constitutional and legal framework of Pakistan. Unlike the arbitrary detentions often seen in the territories occupied by Israel (Occupied Palestine), Khan’s imprisonment is the result of documented legal proceedings. He is currently facing a series of legitimate charges that include:

8 Toshakhana Case

8 Al-Qadir Trust Case

8 Cipher Case

8 Iddat Case

8 9 May Riots

While the Israeli media questions why Donald Trump is silent on Khan’s fate, they fail to mention that political figures worldwide, from the US to Europe, face criminal charges and trials. Why, then, is Israel (Occupied Palestine) so uniquely obsessed with a former leader in a country it does not even recognize?

Dark History & Selective Concern

This is not an isolated case. Every few months, Israeli media outlets consistently push narratives favoring former prime minister and his party, the PTI. This “affection” is deeply concerning.

It is no secret that Khan has long-standing ties with the influential Goldsmith family, and reports of his links with Israeli figures during his tenure have frequently surfaced.

Israeli media has even characterized him as the “most favorable” person in Pakistan for Israel (Occupied Palestine).

The timing of this latest piece is the most revealing factor. As Pakistan facilitates peace between Washington and Tehran in a conflict that has affected energy markets and security around the globe, Israel (Occupied Palestine) finds itself on the sidelines. Israel (Occupied Palestine) and India are perhaps the only two nations unsettled by Pakistan’s central role on the global stage. By peddling propaganda through seasoned commentators like Jankelowitz-a man who served as a spokesman for the Jewish Agency for Israel (Occupied Palestine)-the intent is clear: to foster domestic chaos and distract from Pakistan’s diplomatic wins.

Hypocrisy of the Source

It is a bitter irony that a Jerusalem-based outlet, operating from the heart of a state accused of systemic human rights violations, land encroachment, and regional destabilization, is lecturing Pakistan on “democratic fabric.”

While Israel (Occupied Palestine) orchestrates chaos and genocide in Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran, it seeks to position itself as a guardian of Pakistani democracy. This is not journalism; it is strategic political engineering aimed at supporting a faction that wants to see the current Pakistani administration fail.

Anxious Fatherland & Motherland

It is increasingly evident that Pakistan’s rising influence as a global mediator has unsettled those who benefit from regional instability.

Specifically, Israel (Occupied Palestine) and India, Fatherland and Motherland respectively, appear to be in a state of constant friction regarding Pakistan’s diplomatic successes, operating in a synchronized effort to demean and distract from Islamabad’s peace making credentials.

While the Indian media machine remains tirelessly engaged in its traditional role of peddling fake news and fabricated narratives, Israel (Occupied Palestine) has joined the fray through provocative commentaries aimed at stirring domestic controversy.

This coordinated campaign of propaganda reveals a shared anxiety: both nations seem threatened by Pakistan that is no longer reactive, but is instead actively shaping the global order through sophisticated and high stakes diplomacy.

A Question to Ponder

The supporters of PTI must open their eyes and ask a difficult question: Why is an “all-weather enemy”-one that Pakistan does not & will not ever recognize and one that is responsible for the ongoing tragedy in Gaza and the wider Middle East-suddenly so worried about their leader?

When the orchestrators of regional genocide become the loudest advocates for a Pakistani politician, it is time to wonder whose interests are truly being served. Is this about justice, or is it about weakening a Pakistan that has finally found its voice on the world stage? It is time to ask the right questions.
