Police said the motorcycle was being driven recklessly when the accident occurred. The girl lost control of the bike and fell onto the road, suffering fatal injuries. Her friend, identified as Hashmi, who was reportedly recording the video at the time, was also injured and is currently in critical condition at a local hospital.

Authorities confirmed that neither of them was wearing helmets at the time of the crash. A video recorded moments before the accident has since surfaced on social media, showing the girl riding at high speed while attempting to capture footage for a reel.

Police stated that Iqra was a 12th-grade student and reportedly aspired to join the police force. Investigators also revealed that both teenagers had left home without informing their families prior to the incident.

Emergency services arrived shortly after being alerted and transported both victims to hospital, where doctors declared the girl dead on arrival.

The incident has sparked renewed discussion about the risks associated with performing stunts for social media engagement, especially among young users seeking online popularity.
