Rawal Sharjeel calls on Bilawal

Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday met Rawal Sharjeel, the son of Sindh’s senior minister Sharjeel Memon, at the Bilawal House.

He also held a separate meeting with the Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Syed Awais Shah, at Bilawal House, where matters related to legislation were discussed.

Halar Patafi, Chairman of the Area Water Board Ghotki Feeder Canal at the Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (SIDA), met Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Bilawal House. On this occasion, he briefed him about his performance.

Later, Bilawal met with Sindh’s Minister for Agriculture, Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Khan Mahar, at Bilawal House. During the meeting, he was briefed on payments being made to 350,000 farmers in Sindh at a rate of 1,500 rupees per acre for fuel costs in light of the ongoing global economic crisis, and was informed that this initiative will benefit 2 million acres of agricultural land in Sindh.

Moreover, Bilawal met with Sindh’s Minister for Industries and Commerce, Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, at Bilawal House, where he was briefed on the performance of the department.
