
For Hajj 2026, all pilgrims are required to complete a medical form on the Pak Hajj mobile app, the Ministry of Religious Affairs announced on Thursday. The digital form aims to ensure coordinated medical support for pilgrims during their journey.
According to a ministry spokesperson, the medical questionnaire must be completed by Friday. Pilgrims are required to answer health-related questions with “Yes” or “No,” including conditions such as blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and thyroid issues.

The Ministry also released the schedule for Hajj flights, which is now accessible through the Pak Hajj app. In addition, the app includes a link to print Hajj visas, providing pilgrims with easier access to essential travel documents.
The Pak Hajj app is regularly updated with step-by-step information for pilgrims. Authorities urged all participants to regularly check the app for announcements and updates related to their journey.
