Iran thanks Pakistan for support during rising US-Israel tensions

Abbas Araqchi expressed gratitude to the government and people of Pakistan for their strong support during the ongoing tensions involving Iran, the United States, and Israel. The Iranian diplomat acknowledged Pakistan’s solidarity, describing it as an important gesture during a difficult period marked by growing geopolitical confrontation in the region.

In a message delivered in Urdu, Araqchi thanked both the Pakistani leadership and citizens for expressing unwavering backing for Iran. He emphasized that such support reflects the close relations between the two nations and demonstrates mutual understanding during challenging political circumstances affecting regional stability.

Furthermore, the Iranian foreign minister stated that the Iranian people deeply value Pakistan’s encouragement and moral support. He said that the solidarity shown by Pakistan strengthens the morale of the Iranian nation as it faces external pressures and heightened tensions with global powers.

Araqchi also reaffirmed Iran’s determination to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity. According to the minister, the country remains firm in resisting aggression and will continue protecting its independence while relying on national resilience and faith for strength.

Meanwhile, he noted that international tensions have intensified following recent military developments in the Middle East, which have increased diplomatic and security challenges across the region. Despite these pressures, Iran insists it will maintain its national security and defend its interests.

Finally, the Iranian official praised Pakistan for its timely and unconditional support, describing it as a meaningful symbol of regional friendship and cooperation. He added that such diplomatic solidarity encourages nations to stand together during crises and promotes stability across the broader region.
