Flight operations from Pakistan to multiple Middle Eastern destinations remain suspended amid ongoing regional tensions. The cancellations come as the Iran-US-Israel conflict continues to impact Gulf air travel. Over the past 14 days, more than 1,456 Pakistan-bound flights to Gulf countries have been cancelled, affecting thousands of travelers.
In Karachi, 14 flights to Doha, Bahrain, and Kuwait were cancelled, while Lahore saw 17 cancellations to Doha, Kuwait, Baghdad, and Dubai. Islamabad recorded 25 cancelled flights, with additional disruptions from Peshawar, Sialkot, Faisalabad, and Multan airports. Only four flights from Quetta to Dubai and Sharjah continued to operate as scheduled.

The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority cited safety and operational concerns as reasons for the widespread cancellations. Airlines have been urged to monitor airspace conditions and coordinate with authorities before resuming operations. Passengers were advised to stay in contact with their airlines for updates on rescheduled or affected flights.
Some flights were rescheduled for earlier departures due to administrative adjustments. Two Karachi–Islamabad flights, PK-300 and PA-208, will depart one to three hours ahead of schedule. Similarly, Islamabad–Jeddah flights PA-273 and SV-3726 will depart approximately one hour earlier than planned.
