The Kohat attack comes a day after militants targeted Federal Constabulary personnel in Bahadar Khel, killing three FC officials in a coordinated assault that included a drone strike. During that incident, terrorists also attacked ambulances transporting the injured, setting the vehicles on fire, and wounding five others, including a Rescue 1122 official. These consecutive attacks reflect the persistent threat posed by banned militant groups, including Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) factions.
Authorities continue to investigate the Kohat attack and are working to identify the perpetrators, while ensuring heightened security across vulnerable regions. Law enforcement and military operations are expected to intensify to prevent future attacks. Officials also urge the public to remain vigilant and support security forces in maintaining peace and stability in the province.
