Installation of a modern Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) system further contributed to the surge in production. Previously, daily output at the well was around 50 barrels, but following upgrades, it has increased to approximately 750 barrels per day.
Officials described the development as a major operational success, noting that the applied techniques could be replicated at other wells to improve efficiency, strengthen domestic energy supply, and reduce dependence on imports.
