The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday unveiled a star-studded commentary panel for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, promising fans a “world-class viewing experience” throughout the tournament. The event, co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, will feature 55 matches from February 7 to March 8, culminating in the final.

According to a press release, the ICC.TV broadcast will deliver commentary through a world feed service, ensuring consistent, high-quality coverage across all markets. The panel is headlined by acclaimed voices Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, and Ian Bishop, supported by former T20 World Cup winners including Aaron Finch, Dinesh Karthik, Kumar Sangakkara, Samuel Badree, Robin Uthappa, and Carlos Brathwaite.

Current South Africa captain Temba Bavuma, the reigning ICC World Test Championship-winning skipper, will also join the commentary team, alongside 2014 T20 World Cup winner Angelo Mathews.
The ICC said the coverage will go beyond live commentary, featuring pre-match shows, innings interval programming, post-match wrap-ups, and daily highlights, ensuring fans do not miss any action leading up to the knockout stages.
The full commentator list includes legendary names such as Eoin Morgan, Wasim Akram, Sunil Gavaskar, Matthew Hayden, Ramiz Raja, Dale Steyn, Michael Atherton, Waqar Younis, Shaun Pollock, Harsha Bhogle, and many others, reflecting the tournament’s global appeal.
