
Pakistan clarified it has no connection with the Abraham Accords and will not join them. The Foreign Office issued the clarification on Thursday. It rejected speculation about Pakistan’s foreign policy shift.
FO spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andrabi said Pakistan would not join any International Stabilization Force. He explained that the Board of Peace and Stabilization Force are separate initiatives. Pakistan joined the Board under mutually agreed governmental rules.

Addressing regional tensions, Andrabi said Pakistan favors peaceful dispute resolution. He opposed the use of force and economic sanctions. He added that Pakistan hopes peace will prevail, especially regarding Iran.
On external relations, he said Pakistan maintains strong ties with Europe. Bilateral trade with European countries exceeds 12 billion euros. He added that discussions were held on India-Europe trade agreements.

He also shared diplomatic updates from the week. President Zardari met UAE leaders to explore new investment opportunities. He said Pakistan-US relations remain stable despite US travel advisories.
