LAS VEGAS: At CES 2026, Amazon unveiled its first branded television under the “Ember” lineup, the Ember Artline, designed to compete with Samsung popular Frame TV. The new 4K QLED TV supports Dolby Vision and HDR10 Plus and features a matte display to reduce glare in varied lighting conditions.

The Ember Artline comes in 55-inch and 65-inch models, measuring just 1.5 inches in thickness. Users can customize the display with one of ten magnetic frames, although the bottom section remains exposed to house far-field Alexa microphones and Amazon’s Omnisense sensor. Omnisense detects when people are in the room and automatically displays artwork.

Amazon is also introducing an AI-driven feature that lets users photograph their room, with the system suggesting suitable artwork from a collection of over 2,000 free pieces. This positions Ember as both a TV and a customizable digital art display.
The television runs Amazon’s updated Fire TV interface, offering a cleaner layout and faster load times. Its launch comes amid growing competition in 2026, with rivals such as LG’s Gallery TV and other manufacturers offering similar art-display TVs.
