Khamenei emphasized that authorities must engage with citizens who have complaints. “We talk to the protester; officials must talk to the protester,” he said. He added that rioters, who attack the system, will not be tolerated.

The leader condemned individuals claiming to represent Tehran’s Grand Bazaar shopkeepers who attacked Islam and the political system. He described such actions as attempts to undermine the state. Khamenei warned that these acts must be stopped immediately.
He struck a defiant tone toward foreign powers, saying Tehran will resist outside pressure. “We will not let the enemy force us to accept his policy,” he said. He vowed that Iran would confront external interference and bring adversaries to their knees.
