
The Saudi Cabinet has approved a draft memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Pakistan for cooperation in the energy sector, Arab media reported. The decision was made during a meeting chaired by King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The MoU aims to enhance collaboration between the two countries in energy-related projects and initiatives. The Saudi Cabinet also reviewed other bilateral MoUs with different countries to strengthen mutual cooperation.

Officials said the agreements align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals, which focus on improving the quality of life for Saudi citizens through sustainable development and modern infrastructure projects.
The energy MoU with Pakistan is expected to pave the way for joint initiatives, technology sharing, and investment opportunities, strengthening ties between the two nations.
