According to the Daily Mail, the villas are located at Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve developed by Red Sea Global, situated around 26 kilometres off Saudi Arabia’s mainland. The secluded island destination is accessible only by chartered boat or seaplane, offering residents a high level of privacy and exclusivity.
Each villa at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences is reportedly priced from SAR15.5 million, approximately £3.1 million. The development comprises just 19 ultra-private residences, designed to blend luxury living with pristine natural surroundings and bespoke hospitality services.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Ronaldo said the couple felt an immediate connection to the location. “From the moment we first visited, Georgina and I felt a connection with the island and its natural beauty – it’s a place where we feel at peace,” he said. He added that owning a home there allows them to spend quality time with family in complete privacy and serenity.
The reported purchase comes as Ronaldo continues to enjoy immense financial success. A previous Bloomberg report revealed that he earned more than $550 million in salary between 2002 and 2023, alongside lucrative endorsement deals with brands such as Nike, Armani and Castrol, which have significantly boosted his net worth.

Ronaldo’s move to Saudi club Al-Nassr in 2023 made him the highest-paid footballer in history, with an annual salary of around £177 million, in addition to bonuses and a reported ownership stake in the club. Despite his billionaire status, the Portuguese star has repeatedly said he has no plans to retire soon and remains focused on his football career.
