Addressing the crowd, Salman Khan remarked that he does not consider himself a particularly strong actor and suggested that the craft itself has changed over time. His remarks were delivered with trademark humour, immediately setting a lighthearted tone for the conversation.

Salman: I don’t feel like I’m a good actor. You can catch me for everything, but you can never catch me for acting.

Host: Is he right?

Audience: No no, he’s a great actor!

Salman: Sometimes I cry in a scene and you all laugh.

Audience: We cry with you🩷🔥#SalmanKhan #Salman pic.twitter.com/dglyfSMDup

“Acting has also left this generation. So I don’t think I am a particularly great actor,” Salman said. “You can catch me doing anything, but you can’t catch me acting. I can’t do it. I simply do what I feel in the moment. That’s all.”

The host then invited the audience to respond, and the reaction was swift and unanimous. Fans loudly disagreed with Salman’s self-criticism, showering him with applause and cheers, clearly rejecting the idea that the actor lacks emotional depth on screen.

Continuing in a playful vein, the Dabangg star added another self-deprecating remark, suggesting that emotional scenes often do not land as intended. “Sometimes when I cry, I know you guys laugh at me,” he said, sparking laughter across the hall.

One fan immediately responded from the audience, saying, “No, we cry with you,” drawing smiles from Salman and further applause from those present. The exchange highlighted the enduring bond between the actor and his fans, many of whom have followed his career for decades.
