The Punjab Local Government Department, in collaboration with NADRA, has launched a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
The E-Registration App allows residents to register births, deaths, marriages, and divorces online from their homes.
Provincial Minister Zeeshan Rafiq said the app will make civil registration more efficient, transparent, and convenient for citizens.
The app is fully integrated with NADRA’s data system, automatically updating records on the national database without manual intervention.

Minister Zeeshan Rafiq emphasized that the online system will eliminate delays and discrepancies, ensuring accurate records for millions of people.
The initiative aims to modernize Punjab’s Civil Registration System, helping authorities maintain a correct demographic composition across the province.
The E-Registration System is linked with Union Council offices, enabling easy verification and registration at the local level.
