Foreign ministers from Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Indonesia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar strongly opposed Israel’s plan to transfer Gaza residents into Egypt. The ministers condemned any forced displacement and stressed Palestinians must remain on their land. They called for respect for international agreements and existing ceasefires.
In a joint statement, the ministers reaffirmed support for the peace plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump. They urged its full and immediate implementation as a pathway toward lasting peace in the region. They also expressed gratitude for Trump’s commitment to fostering stability between Israel and Palestine.

The warning came after Israeli military operations intensified in Gaza and southern Lebanon on Thursday. Residential areas were targeted, causing multiple civilian casualties. Palestinian authorities reported seven deaths and four buildings destroyed in Rafah and other densely populated areas.
Palestinian officials said the attacks violated the recent ceasefire, with many civilians hit within a single day. The Israeli military claimed it targeted a Hamas commander and called the operation successful. Israel’s Defence Minister announced that full-scale military activity would continue in Gaza.

Since the ceasefire, at least 360 Palestinians have been killed and more than 900 injured, according to Palestinian health authorities. Total fatalities since the start of the Gaza conflict now exceed 70,000, highlighting the human cost of ongoing hostilities and the urgency of international diplomatic intervention.
