PSL road show set for New York after London

Following the successful announcement of the PSL road show in London, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will now host a similar event in New York next week, aiming to expand its global reach.

The New York road show will feature national cricket stars, including T20 captain Salman Ali Agha, Test captain Shan Masood, and Saud Shakeel, attracting fans and international cricket enthusiasts to the event.

Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed the London road show, scheduled for December 7 at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground, with top PCB officials and former captains, including Babar Azam, Sahibzada Farhan, and Haris Rauf attending.

The rising popularity of PSL has accelerated plans to sell two new franchises, with strong interest from British investors, while road shows are expected to attract global investors, commercial partners, and cricket fans.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi stated that the London road show aims to promote the league’s vision, commercial model, and future strategies, highlighting Pakistan cricket’s growing international recognition and appeal.

PSL CEO Salman Naseer added that the league’s global following and strong commercial value, combined with the addition of new teams, will create significant investment opportunities for domestic and international partners.
