Punjab CBD successfully concludes phase 1 ballot of ‘The Second Walk’

Published on: December 4, 2025 1:53 AM

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authourity (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has successfully conducted the ballot for its much-anticipated project, “The Second Walk.” Following the remarkable success of CBD Walk, the authourity has introduced its second signature destination, aimed at redefining Lahore’s retail and fine-dining landscape.

In the first phase of the ballot, 10 commercial units of 4 marla each were at an impressive price of PKR 160 million per unit. These units are designed as premium commercial spaces where CBD Punjab will provide Shell & Core structures, comprising basement, ground floor, first and second floors, along with a functional rooftop ensuring versatility and value for investors.

The Second Walk promises to be a vibrant new address in Lahore, offering a world-class blend of modern retail, lifestyle and culinary experiences. Positioned to uplift the city’s urban fabric, it will deliver a fresh and dynamic environment for residents, businesses, and tourists.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Operating Officer CBD Punjab, Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, said the project reflects the dynamic vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, who aims to foster sustainable economic growth and futuristic urban development. He expressed gratitude to investors for their trust, adding that CBD Punjab continues to provide a secure, business-friendly, and investment-driven environment, ensuring the delivery of promises made.

The Second Walk is being developed at CBD Punjab Quaid District, adjacent to the picturesque CBD Lake. Construction activities for both CBD Walk and The Second Walk are already underway, with excavation for the foundation and basement progressing at a rapid pace.

CBD Punjab remains committed to shaping Lahore into a modern, global-standard commercial and lifestyle destination through innovative, high-value urban projects.
