The court instructed the revenue officers to attach the properties of the accused and warned that if they fail to surrender within the stipulated time, their properties would be auctioned. Notices have also been issued to the sureties of the accused to ensure accountability.

The May 9 case pertains to the attack on the GHQ, following political unrest linked to PTI’s activities. Authorities have been taking stringent measures to hold responsible individuals accountable and prevent further escalation.

The court’s decision comes amid heightened scrutiny of PTI leaders involved in the case, reflecting the judiciary’s strict approach toward enforcing law and order. Legal experts say declaring leaders proclaimed offenders allows authorities to pursue them more effectively and secure state assets.

The development is expected to escalate tensions between PTI and state authorities, with political analysts noting that the enforcement of property attachment could have significant financial and political implications for the party and its senior leadership.
