
Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Bahrain’s capital, Manama, for a two-day official visit. He was warmly received by Bahrain’s Crown Prince and senior leaders. The visit aims to strengthen strategic and results-based partnership between the two countries.
At Manama Airport, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Deputy Supreme Commander of Armed Forces, and other officials welcomed the Pakistani delegation. The delegation includes Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Information Minister Atta Ullah Tarar, and other senior officials.

During the visit, Prime Minister Sharif will meet King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Salman, Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, and other top Bahraini leadership. The discussions are expected to focus on enhancing cooperation and exploring new areas of mutual interest.
According to the Foreign Office, the visit will strengthen long-standing cordial relations and promote a strategic partnership. Officials said it will also define new pathways for collaboration between government institutions and people-to-people links.
