Israel carried out new airstrikes in Gaza, leading to the deaths of at least 25 Palestinians, according to local officials. The attacks took place in Gaza City and Khan Younis and came despite ongoing truces meant to reduce fighting. This latest incident is being widely described as part of continued Israel Gaza ceasefire violations, which have increased tension across the region.
Reports from international news agencies say that the Israeli military launched these airstrikes in response to what it claimed was Hamas gunfire. Gaza Civil Defence teams confirmed that at least 25 Palestinians were killed in the attacks. Rescue workers stated that the strikes hit civilian areas, causing severe damage to homes and infrastructure.

Arab media outlets added that five members of the same family were among the victims. Witnesses described scenes of destruction as families searched for missing loved ones among the rubble. The situation has left many residents fearing further escalation, especially in areas already struggling with food, water and medical shortages.
Meanwhile, similar violations have been reported in Lebanon. Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon have intensified, killing at least 14 people since yesterday. One building in the city of Tyre was completely destroyed by an airstrike. Israel claims it targeted sites linked to Hezbollah, saying the group is trying to rebuild its military presence near the border.
