
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar arrived in Moscow on Tuesday to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Heads of Government Council meeting. The summit will run from November 17 to 18. His visit signals Pakistan’s continued commitment to regional cooperation and multilateral engagement.
Dar received a formal welcome at the airport from Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and senior protocol officials. Pakistani embassy officers were also present. The warm reception reflected ongoing diplomatic engagement between Islamabad and Moscow.
