Bollywood star Nora Fatehi has refuted media reports claiming she attended alleged drug parties in Mumbai, calling the rumours “false” and damaging to her reputation. The actress issued a strong statement on Instagram, asserting that her name was being wrongly linked to the investigation.
Nora clarified that she does not participate in such gatherings and spends most of her time traveling for work. “I am constantly working, and on my off days, I prefer staying at home, visiting Dubai beaches, or spending time with school friends,” she wrote. She added that her daily routine revolves entirely around her “work, dreams, and goals.”
The actress noted that she has been targeted by baseless propaganda in the past but vowed not to stay silent this time. “Please do not use my name or image in matters with which I have no connection. There will be serious consequences,” she warned.

The controversy began after reports emerged claiming that Nora, Shraddha Kapoor, and several other Bollywood figures attended rave parties allegedly organised by detained drug dealer Mohammad Salim Mohammad Sohail Sheikh, known as Sohail. He reportedly claimed to police that Bollywood and fashion industry members were present at these events, which allegedly included Dawood Ibrahim’s nephew Ali Shah Parker.
Sheikh, recently deported from Dubai, is in the custody of Mumbai’s Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC). Officials have not ruled out questioning celebrities mentioned in his statement, though no formal summons have been issued so far.
