The Home Department of Punjab has issued orders to freeze all properties and assets of the banned Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP). A report on freezing properties and assets across the province in the name of the banned Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan will be sent to the Punjab Home Department. A decision was taken under the auspices of Chairman of the Sub-Cabinet Committee Khawaja Salman Rafique. Regarding this asset freezing, the Punjab Home Department Secretary, Dr Ahmed Javed Qazi, issued instructions to Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners. Letters were issued to the Board of Revenue, the Secretary of Housing, the Secretary of Cooperatives, and other departments, stating that Tehreek-e-Labbaik had been declared banned by the federal government under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
